Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by the traveller

Cancel any time by writing to contact@torvexana.com with your booking reference. Refunds are the price paid less non-recoverable supplier costs:

• 30+ days before departure: full refund less non-recoverable costs.
• 15–29 days: 50% of the price is refundable.
• 7–14 days: 25% of the price is refundable.
• Under 7 days or no-show: no refund.

Your statutory rights under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX prevail where they are stronger.

Personal data you send us is processed under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI.

2. Refunds

Refunds are paid within 14 calendar days by the original payment method, in the original currency. Provider bank fees are not refundable.

3. Changes and rescheduling

Date, traveller and service changes depend on availability and supplier terms. One change at least 15 days before departure is free; later changes cost up to 10% of the total price plus supplier charges.

4. Cancellation by torvexana.com

If we cancel a trip, you receive a full refund of all amounts paid or a free transfer to an equal-value trip; any price difference is refunded.

5. Complaints and contact

Send requests and complaints to contact@torvexana.com or +380 989 321 1774. We reply within 30 days.
